We are focused on creating new datasets that never existed before to help developing countries gain AI sovereignty and drive responsible AI solutions. We use community participatory research methods and ethical dataset development, while improving socio-technical knowledge with the primary goal of democratising AI and driving AI literacy at a global scale.

We are dedicated to breaking down barriers to AI education for under-represented communities and encourage a more diverse representation in the AI field, stimulate innovation, and foster a community that learns, thrives, and leads together.
